All Over :(

The shows are over!

Was freakin' hard work. But did love them! I was shitting myself Friday. Well, not so much shiting myself but just freaking out because I didn't want to get it wrong and put all of the unwanted attention on me!

But I didn't get it wrong and actually, after Friday, didn't even think about what I was doing onstage just sort of got out there and did it, and really enjoyed it!

Quick change was hilarious with a capital PAT!

Me: *runs offstage to Angy to get out of costume and into another* Alex: *beckoning me over* Charlotte Charlotte Charlotte Charlotte Charlotte!! Me: *frantically stripping* Alex: Don't worry you've got pleeeenty of time, yo9u're not on for ageeees yet Me: *Still frantically stripping* Alex: Quick quick quick quick quick! ...Don't worry don't panic you've got ages yet, don't worry.... quick quick quick quick quick!

I was pissing myself! Haha so funny :']

Got some good piccies back in the teenytiny changing room that we had to squish about 12 people in! Probably more as it happens.
Terry you make me LAUGH! And Marv I haven't known you for long but it will be soooo strange without you! :(

Congrats to everyone in the show!
And ESPECIALLY everyone in the Irish Ballet and Tap. Me and Angy were mesmorised... we ran to the catwalks everytime it was on, and even got the priviledge to see it from both sides!
Amazing, was visually astounding!
And thanks Alex for giving us a lift home!
Was a lot of fun
Now... back to technique work!

It makes me sick...

...how people think everything is OK because I have material possessions.
I hate my family. Especially Nick.

Neverland

What a day! Didn't get any sleep last night at all, and went to drama running off of adrenalin! Was invited by Beckie to go see Wicked with her and Michelle! Now how can I pass up an offer like that?! Two people I love to pieces - wouldn't miss it for the world. I was explaining my dream to Michelle today (OK from now on Becky Lee is spelt with a Y and other Beckie is ie to avoid confusion!) and I explained how it was us theatretrain lot in the drama studio, except it wasn't the drama studio, and I had a male part... but I was dressed as Van Strander...

Then the conversation went a little bit like this!

Me: But I was dressed as Van Strander...

Becky: Van Strander?

Me: *confused* Yep...Brenda Bly?

Becky: Yeh I was in that!

Me: What?!

Becky: I played Van Strander.

Me: ME TOO! She's the best part

Becky: Yeh she definately is the best character I give you that.

haha! And she told me that apparently it's going to the West End! I'm there on opening night!!

What do you do (with a BA in English? - jokes haha!) when you feel sick and feel pretty shitty and really tired and got no company?

...You invite Yoshi over, that's what you do!

And then you have an amazing night filled with bread and butter, pot noodle, milk in moo mugs, Galaxy hot choccie and CAMERAS and you end up with a beautiful result...

Thanks Yoshi for a great night!

Well... it's not over yet!!

On a Brighter Note...

...at least I'm not on drugs.

Beautiful Disaster

What do you do when you are so upset about something that you are physically sick?
I see where people get their slice inspiration, but I wouldn't dare.
What do you do when you are so upset about something that you can't physically sleep?
In fact, you are so upset that you can't even bring yourself to put your head on the pillow, because that too is trying to suffocate you?
What do you do when you are so upset about something that you find yourself gasping for air and your tummy is cramping through trying to breathe properly?
I tell you what you do:
You write a letter, by hand, to your best friend on narrow lined paper, telling her exactly how you feel. And cry some more. Then you text one of your best friends, the one who you know will still be up, and then feel guilty for burdening her with all your problems. You finally turn the light out and turn off the power on the big brother crew to rest down your head at 4am and you see a strange blue light coming from the far window to the left. So, naturally, you get up and head over, and gaze outside at the hazy blue in the air, realising the sun is about to rise.
Then you get excited, open up all of the curtains and actually realise the true beauty of morning, and run downstairs, throw on some clothes and sprint outside, scared you might miss the sun rise.
You run to the end of the garden, the still morning air waking your senses as you reach the fence at the end, and slowly walk along it to find the perfect spot to watch the sun rise.
A photo opportunity, so you run indoors and grab the camera, and on the way in you notice the orange moon in it's full glorly gazing through a perfectly circular gap in the trees.
Snap.
So you take it a step further, and go to the road and gaze across the fields where the horses would be grazing if it were not 4.20am.
It could have been Australia.
Beautiful :]
And then I went indoors and made myself an omelette, with more mushrooms than you could imagine, and made myself a glass of milk. I like having no company, it's peaceful and quiet and nobody having a go. I watched the news. Some nature people wanted to save the newts. Amazing those newts.
So here I am, it's 5.27 and have officially 4 hours before I need to even contemplate leaving the house.
I still feel sick, now that I've come back indoors. Maybe I should go back outside again?
When I find my camera cable I will upload my pictures...
I hate all this shifting from one room to another. I can't find any of my stuff.
And Alf has cut off all of the power in the lounge, so I can't even play piano.
So what do you do now?
Sing. Simple as that.
And wait for 9.30 to come. Then get mad when 1.30 comes.

Hit It!

Hahaha! Who hit Christine's top note?!
...I did!
Yes, with difficulty and it probably was more of a screech...
but I did it
:)
And then I did it again. For clarity.
...Now I can't stop!
Wow. High notes are addictive!
Nobody believes me, but I dun' care because I did it ^-^
